| Terms and Conditions |
| Payment |
| Invoices are due and payable upon presentation. Interest shall be charged at the rate of 1.5% per month for all accounts more that 30 days past due. |
| Quotations |
| Verbal estimates are provided only as an approximation of charges for the convenience of the client, and shall not imply or constitute a binding contract. All rates tape stock additional. |
| Cancellations |
| Cancellation by the client more than 48 hours before the beginning of scheduled work shall incur no penalty. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours shall incur a penalty of 25% of scheduled work, and those made less than 24 hours before scheduled work shall incur a penalty of 50%. Cancellation of written contracts by the client shall result in liquidated damages in the amount of the deposit for the contract work plus payment for all services performed to date. |
| Limitation of Liability |
| Because prices charged are much less than the value of the materials which we handle, client's materials are handled by us solely at the customer's risk, and we shall not be held liable or responsible for loss, damage, or destruction of such materials, except to replace any lost, damaged or destroyed material with fresh stock. Client shall retain duplicate copies of and insurance for all materials delivered to us. In no event shall we be responsible for any consequential damages. |
| Assignment |
| We reserve the right to assign or subcontract work when necessary or convenient. Rates are based on 10 hour day. |
| Rights |
| Client warrants that client has right to use all material presented to Alpha Spectrum for use in client's program. Alpha Spectrum shall be held harmless for all copyright violations incurred by clients because of client's failure to obtain appropriate rights. |
